Loss of a loved one is the most painful life cycle event that each one of us will face at sometime in this lifetime. Emotions mixed with grief are not just overwhelming, but create anxiety, fear and paralysis, preventing us from moving on with life and being happy once more. This is created not just by the physical loss, but also by the unfounded fear of death. I will share with you my own personal death experience. This will definately reshape your perceptions as you receive an insight into what the journey of death is actually like for the individual that is going through this life cylcle transition. This structured counselling session is upto 2 hours in duration and will help you to achieve closure on residual grief,  it will address issues around death which are never openly discussed, and will  leave you with a sense of comfort and joy.  The session can be delivered face to face, over the telephone, or via Zoom or Skype.  Gven the sensitive nature of this session it is normally offered on a one-to-one basis, but discount available for larger groups where the participants feel comfortable in attending together.
